Glas takes the familiar image of industrial lamps used in warehouses and factories worldwide, and reinvents it through the artisan craftsmanship of glass. When Glas is unlit, the chromed vacuum metallisation finish of the glass reflects the surrounding environment like a mirror, while emitting a warm glow through the glass and directed down when Glas is lit. Glas Table lamp uses an industrial chromed counterweight to balance out the glass shade. Glas Table lamp stands 59 cm when fully extended, 55 cm wide when the counterweight is perpendicular to a table surface, with a shade of 22 cm in diameter.
